Pure Vaccine Solutions offers custom the same inventory of soluble HLA (sHLA) proteins as Pure Protein and Pure Transplant Solutions, but with a number of additional services

Proteome expression profiling: Soluble HLA from a variety of cell lines, including “normal,” diseased, cancerous, and infected, is produced and milligram quantities of naturally loaded peptides are analyzed by mass spectroscopy. Applications include de novo antigen/epitope discovery and validation.
PolyScreen: A qualitative HLA-peptide binding assay to quickly screen peptide libraries for vaccine candidates. Over a dozen HLA types are routinely used in this assay but over 40 are available.
PolyTest: A quantitative HLA-peptide binding assay to establish relative binding affinities versus a know peptide.
SuperType Analysis: A screening assay to determine which HLA proteins can be bound to a peptide of interest. This assay is the inverse of the PolyScreen where multiple peptides are tested with a single HLA protein.
CTL evaluation reagents: Pure Vaccine is currently developing a series of reagents and assays to determine when, the quantity, and nature of responses to various stimuli. These new products will be announced in the near future.
